Scaling is a community that helps Australian small business owners to share information, resources, deals and other interactions in order to help each other to grow.
As a community, we value trust, integrity, inclusivity and respect at all times and it is expected that these values are reflected in all of your interactions with other Scaling Members and Partners.
As a Member, and as a condition of accepting the Scaling Terms, you agree to abide by the following rules. Further, you accept and understand that if, in the sole judgment of Scaling, you do not abide by these rules, that Scaling may take appropriate action to suspend or terminate your Scaling account.
As a Scaling member, you agree to:
Avoid threatening, disparaging, libeling, defaming, harassing, or intimidating other members.
Refrain from using offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, religion, sexual preference, or physical/mental condition.
Not violate intellectual property, personal, privacy, or contractual rights of any person.
Adhere to all local, state, national, or non-Australian laws and regulations.
Avoid using obscene, profane, pornographic, or objectionable content or language.
Do not promote violence, illegal drug use, or any other illegal activities.
Protect personal and private rights; never reveal personal information about others.
Do not engage in fraud, deception, or misleading activities.
Do not disrupt or interfere with the services enjoyed by other users.
Avoid submitting false reports, overloading the system, or engaging in spam-like activities.
Do not interfere with or circumvent security features of the services.
Do not probe or scan for vulnerabilities of systems or networks.
Do not modify, copy, or reverse engineer software, source code, or structures without permission.
Respect copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights notices.
Do not use Scaling to market unauthorized services or attempt to market competing services to Scaling users.
By abiding by these guidelines, you contribute to a positive and respectful community within Scaling.
